Office Cleaning
Whether your office is situated in town or at home, it needs diligent cleaning on a regular basis – whether daily, once or twice a week. Our team at Jan Maree Cleaning Services Ltd has a specific checklist for office cleaning and we will never fail to comply with it when servicing your location.
- Each day we make sure to empty trash bins and replace the bags.
- We vacuum all your carpets diligently.
- We always sweep and mop wood and tile floors if needed.
- We sanitise door handles each time we’re working at any office. This is essential since a regular handle is turned by office workers many times a day, some of whom will leave bacteria of some kind on it.
- Once every week we dust room fixtures.
- We have a special policy for the break area in addition to the trash bin and floor rules. Since break rooms often have refrigerators, coffee making machines and microwaves, we make it a point to thoroughly clean the inside of these appliances and sanitise the outside handles, wiping out germs and bacteria.
- We never fail to wipe down all your counter tops, cabinets, tables and chairs.
- The same is applied to bathrooms and toilet rooms, where we sweep, wash and sanitise the floors with antibacterial solutions every day.
- Each day we also check paper towels and refill if necessary.
- While we will not wash dishes for you, we refill the dish soap weekly.
- At the end of each day, we turn off all the lights and lock the door to the break room.
- We never forget to clean glass doors in open-space areas, separate cabinets, or additional common rooms.
- Our cleaning specialists will wipe down exposed woodwork in any room.
- We make it a point not to forget our most extended checklist for office bathrooms and restrooms. Every time we clean, we empty trash and change the bags, wash and sanitise the toilet seats, handles and bowls. We also scrub and sanitise urinals and handles.
- At the end of each job, we turn off all lights and lock all doors using the keys you trust us with.
